We stayed 5 nights here, yet it was an excellent experience. Everything was simply excellent. The staff was amiable, always greeting us with a smile.

It was lovely place for travelling to London, I was glad to stay there. It had decent sized and well-equipped room.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

We had to go through a complicated online process just to get the entry code, and even then it didn't work properly. The lift was broken for most of our stay, which meant we had to climb up five flights of stairs with our groceries.

Travelled to explore London, this apartment was a nice place for doing it. Bedroom was separate and had comfortable beds. Had a walk-in shower. It was magnificent in a very safe area.
